MOSCOW, March 14. /TASS/. There is ‘nothing to complicate’ in Moscow-Vienna relations, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, commenting on Austria's decision to recognize two Russian diplomats as personae non gratae.

"There is nothing to complicate. In fact, the [Russian] Foreign Ministry has said everything," Peskov told reporters.

The Russian Foreign Ministry earlier strongly condemned Vienna's move to expel two Russian diplomats, calling it yet another unfriendly step and promising to retaliate in due time.

On Wednesday, after reports about the expulsion of Russian diplomats appeared in Austrian media, the Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed to TASS that two Russian embassy employees were being expelled ostensibly for "activities incompatible with their diplomatic status." They must leave the country by March 19.
