Drone attacks infrastructure facility in Russia’s Belgorod Region

The Yakovlevsky Urban District, located northwest of the city of Belgorod, does not share a border with Ukraine’s Kharkov Region

BELGOROD, March 28. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces have carried out a drone attack on an infrastructure facility in Russia’s borderline Belgorod Region, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said.

"The Ukrainian armed forces used a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle to attack an infrastructure facility near the village of Tomarkovka in the Yakovlevsky Urban District. There were no casualties. Dry grass caught fire, with the blaze engulfing an area of 400 square meters. Firefighters promptly extinguished the fire," he wrote on Telegram.

The Yakovlevsky Urban District, located northwest of the city of Belgorod, does not share a border with Ukraine’s Kharkov Region.
